Shipping policy

The Mint Mark (“we,” “us,” or “our”) partners with Gelato, a global print-on-demand and fulfillment service, to produce and ship products efficiently from local facilities.

Free shipping labels, where provided, will be honored for standard shipping services. If your shipment requires anything beyond standard shipping (e.g., expedited, overnight, or specialty handling), the free label will not apply and additional charges may be incurred.

Shipping Times & Production

  • All orders are sent to Gelato for production and fulfillment.
  • Production + Shipping Estimates (varies by product and destination):
    • Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
    • Delivery typically occurs within 4–10 business days total from the date of order (includes production + transit).
  • Gelato prints and ships from the nearest available facility in their network of 140+ partners across 32 countries to reduce shipping time and costs.
  • International orders may take longer due to customs processing.

Note: Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to high order volumes, holidays, customs, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and powered by Gelato.
  • Rates depend on:
    • Product size and weight
    • Shipping destination
    • Selected shipping method (Economy or Express, where available)
  • You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. We do not charge markup on shipping.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification via email.
  • You can track your package directly through the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, or local partners).

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide via Gelato’s network.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT/GST fees imposed by their country.
  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement, before production begins.
  • Once production starts, changes or cancellations are not possible.
