Return Window

We accept returns on all physical print and canvas orders within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unaltered, undamaged, and using the original packaging where possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a quality defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@themintmark.art with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage and the shipping packaging

We will issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@themintmark.art within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
