Refund policy

At The Mint Mark, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window on all original paintings.

Eligibility

  • You may return your painting within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted if:
    • You are not satisfied with the artwork, OR
    • There is a quality issue we cannot resolve to your satisfaction.
  • The painting must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received — unused, unframed (if shipped unframed), and free from damage, marks, or alterations.
  • All original packaging materials must be used for the return shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with:

  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Photos showing the shipping materials and outer box

We will work quickly to resolve the issue — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@numivas.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the painting back using a trackable service (we recommend the same carrier and insurance level used for delivery).
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned painting, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or damage).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or commissioned paintings (unless agreed otherwise)
  • Paintings returned after 30 days
  • Paintings not returned in original condition
