Welcome to The Mint Mark. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and services (collectively, the "Site") operated by The Mint Mark ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. General Information

The Mint Mark offers limited-edition fine art prints and related art products, including framed prints, canvas prints, brushed aluminum prints, and digital Art TV Editions. All products are produced through professional print-on-demand fulfillment unless otherwise explicitly stated.

2. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Products, Pricing, and Orders

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors.
  • Product images are representative. Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, monitor calibration, and material differences between substrates (paper, canvas, aluminum), slight variations in color, tone, or finish may occur. These are not defects.
  • Digital Art TV Editions are delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved gateways. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Physical orders are fulfilled and shipped through Gelato, our global print-on-demand partner. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery
