At The Mint Mark, your order is handled with care from the moment it's placed. Here's everything you need to know about how your artwork reaches you.

Print & Physical Orders

Physical prints — including framed prints, canvas, and brushed aluminum editions — are produced and fulfilled through Gelato, our global print-on-demand partner. Gelato operates a network of over 140 production hubs across 32 countries, producing your order locally whenever possible for faster delivery and a lower carbon footprint.

Estimated Fulfillment & Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the specific product, your location, order size, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimates include both production (fulfillment) time and shipping transit time.

  • Production time: Varies by product type and print location. Gelato will display live estimated delivery dates — including fulfillment and shipping — when you enter your shipping details at checkout.
  • Shipping methods: Standard and express options are available at checkout depending on your destination.
  • Delivery coverage: Gelato ships to over 200 countries worldwide.

Please note: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Larger orders, complex formats, or certain destinations may require additional time.

Digital Downloads

Digital editions are delivered instantly upon purchase — no waiting, no shipping. You'll receive your download link via email immediately after your order is confirmed, or you can access it directly through the download button provided on your order confirmation page.

Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

Every limited-edition print includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Please note the following:

  • Standard COA: Provided digitally or physically through Gelato as part of your print order.
  • Hand-Signed COA: For editions that include a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity, this is fulfilled separately and directly by The Mint Mark — not through Gelato.
  • COA Delivery Time: Please allow 10–14 business days for your hand-signed COA to arrive. It will ship independently from your print order and may arrive at a different time.
