Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the painting. We are not responsible for any shipping damages incurred during the return transit unless caused by our pre-shipment packaging error.

Governing Law This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Changes to Policy We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
